One complimentary 15-minute consultation is available to prospective clients. The session will involve a chat with Stefan about you and your goals. You'll come out of the session with a better idea of how sessions with Stefan could work for you moving forward.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & rescheduling Singing lessons or vocal coaching: 24 hours or more = full refund less £5 or any processing fees​ (whichever is greater) Less than 24 hours = no refund under any circumstances, including illness Workshops, courses or practice groups: 4 weeks or more = 90% refund 1 week to 4 weeks = 50% refund Up to 1 week = non-refundable for any reason
