Cancellation Policy

Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the session is due to start. In cases where a request to cancel is received 24 hours or more in advance, you are entitled to a full refund. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, there is no refund under any circumstances, including illness. By booking you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policies, as well as the important information included on the service page, including details about access and parking. Workshops, courses or practice groups: 4 weeks or more = 90% refund 1 week to 4 weeks = 25% refund 1 week or less = non-refundable for any reason
