By using the site and the services on it, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

The use of any personal information supplied by users of this site is governed by the privacy policy. Please view our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Use of the website

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for information about the services and/or to purchase singing lessons, vocal coaching, workshops, courses or similar. You may use, print and download information from the website for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.

Service availability

Every attempt is made to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services on it, but we accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the website at any time.

Limitation of liability

Stefan Holmström's liability, and the liability of his third party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this website is limited to your actual direct damages and, except in the case of fraud, excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss. As required by law, this exclusion does not extend to death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Prices and payment

By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, your order will not be accepted and we accept no liability for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Payments are made using a secure payment gateway sanctioned by all the main UK banks and provided by your choice of Wix Payments or PayPal.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing using the contact form or emailing Stefan Holmström at holmstromstefan@yahoo.co.uk.

Your  bank account or payment card account shall be refunded with any monies debited from it as soon as possible after receiving notice of cancellation from you and in any case within 30 days of receipt of that notice.

In the event that a participant wishes to cancel their place, they are entitled to the following refund:

​

• One-to-one sessions: 

  • 24 hours or more = full refund less £5 or any processing fees​ (whichever is greater)

  • Less than 24 hours = no refund under any circumstances, including illness

• Vocal workshops and practice groups:

  • 4 weeks or more = 90% refund​

  • Between 1 and 4 weeks = 50% refund

  • Less than 1 week = no refund under any circumstances, including illness

• Short and private courses:

  •  No refund under any circumstances once the course of sessions has begun

• Gift cards, off-the-shelf workshops and items purchased from our shop:

  • No refund once purchase has been made

Refunds

The system will only charge your credit card when the product or service you have requested has been purchased. If you have difficulties with the online ordering system, please email Stefan Holmström at holmstromstefan@yahoo.co.uk.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and all disputes shall be decided by the Courts of England & Wales.
