Zoom event: Introduction to Estill Voice Training for Flute Players
Saturday 17 June 2023 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm BST
Cost: £75 (Early bird: £65 until 31 March)
It is often said that flute players can improve their playing by learning about singing, but what does that mean? What are the similarities between singing and playing the flute and what are the differences? How can learning more about the voice enhance flute playing and help vocal health?
This fun, interactive workshop aims to begin to demystify the voice for flute players in the context of Estill Voice Training. It is primarily aimed at flute players and flute teachers, but it is also suitable for anyone with a special interest in voice and flute, including speech and language therapists, and other woodwind instrumentalists and teachers.
